A downloadable game for Windows
My first Ludum Dare Jam game. Made in around 68 hours for LD 36. The theme was 'Ancient Technology'.
Fight your way out of an ancient dungeon hosted by greek mythology-inspired monsters and beasts. - This game is only proof of concept.
If you manage to get a relic, the colourful gem things, after you've gone to the sundial room, it'll stay in the door even if you die. Pressing R will reset this.
Z - dodge & Advance Dialogue
X - Stab & Advance Dialogue
C - Slice & Advance Dialogue
Arrowkeys - Move
Enter - Skip Dialogue
R - Reset game and data saved for the 'relics' that you find to open the boss door

Some things may feel missing, I made the mistake of planning a lot of content and got barely any of it complete. If you feel you would want to see a full game with remastered graphics, music and gameplay, feel free to mention it. It'd really help me out.
If you decide to be a saint and pay for the game, although I wouldn't, all profit will be used to aid funding the creation of the full version. I'll try emailing people who purchase with updates every now and then about the full version.
When it gets around to it, people who donate will also recieve beta and test versions of the full game before release.
The Cronus' Tomb 2.0 demo is coming very soon, featuring improved graphics, heavily improved combat, new levels, controller support and much more.
I can't wait to get this out, and i hope you all enjoy it when it is. :) Thanks for all the wonderful feedback.

Really cool game. Just a bit too short.
The boss for the second piece was already way harder than the final boss! :-D
Hm, would be cool if you didn't have to do everything again after dying.
Keep dying to the woman there. And being forced to walk all the way there gets on my nerves :-/

Hey! Since I started working on the full version of the game, I realised the mass multitide of problems the original had, so I'll soon be working on a little updated version to add a proper checkpoint system, alongside making combat and general gameplay feel a bit less like ass.
I'm glad you could still enjoy the game in its current form though! :)
I really like your game, but how do you complete the boss room puzzle with the colors?
Sadly, I didn't have a lot of time to make it obvious because of the Ludum dare time limit, but you're supposed to slash to rotate the pillar on the left and stab the colours on it,that are reprosented on the rock on the right, in order. Once you do that, you go over to the rock to stab it. Hope this helps.
